Simulacrum (The):

TexArc information-entertainment stream sent out to all corporate citizens over ArcNet; see also “Cultural Construct” and “Vieworld.”

NOTE: For the population of Servs in TexArc, The Simulacrum streams 24/7/365 over the combined bioimplants of the iband, ihear, and ipatch.  There are four simultaneous feeds involved.  These incessantly streaming feeds are:

downleft:

the bottom left quadrant viewscreen (wearer’s perspective) of the ipatch; this screen carries the entertainment stream Youchoose.

downright:

the bottom right quadrant viewscreen (wearer’s perspective) of the ipatch; this screen carries the job-seeking stream Brandyou.

upleft:

the top left quadrant viewscreen (wearer’s perspective) of the ipatch; this screen carries the news stream Vieworld.

upright:

the top right quadrant viewscreen (wearer’s perspective) of the ipatch; this screen carries the shopping stream Shopdrop.
